In this section of Insights For Parents you will find descriptions and discussions of various practices that can enhance feelings of well-being, decrease stress, bolster happiness and foster rich fulfilling connections with others. Many of the practices are intended to support you as a parent and by extension to support your family. You will also find practices specifically intended for children or to be shared with your child. The sub-section on scientific research presents regularly updated reports of research on the effectiveness of such practices.
What’s a “Practice?”
A Practice is just a general term for a constellation of activities, contemplations, exercises or discourses that bring personal growth and transformation.
